TERMS OF SERVICE
GENERAL
• The artist is free to refuse any work.
• The artist may cancel the commission at any point before completion under the condition of a full refund.
• Digital deliverables only.WILL NOT DRAW
• NSFW
• Mecha

• Complex backgrounds
• Anything I am uncomfortable withPAYMENTS
• All payments are made upfront.
• All transactions are done via vgen.REVISIONS
• During the sketch phase, the client is allowed up to THREE revisions, more will result in added fees.
• After the sketch is confirmed, the client is allowed only ONE more revision before completion, more will result in added fees.
• Sketch comms however have only ONE wip check-in, no further revisions are allowed.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
• Commissions are completed within a month after payment.
• A hard deadline may be set with an added rush fee.USE
• The delivered commissions are for personal use.
• Any use of the delivered commissions for commercial purposes, reselling, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by the artist.
• Use of commissions for AI training, NFTs, or any blockchain-related technology are strictly prohibited!INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
• The artist retains their intellectual property rights on the delivered commission.REFUNDS
• Failure to deliver within the agreed upon deadline entitles the client to a full refund.
• Cancellation from the artist's end with no input from the client entitles the client to a full refund.COMMUNICATION
